What is group therapy?
La terapia de grupo se lleva a cabo en un grupo de personas que comparten dificultades y a menudo experiencias similares, creando así apoyo y aprendizaje mutuo. Es fundamental que el grupo reciba en todo momento el apoyo de un psicólogo que es capaz de estructurar y guiar las sesiones.

Group Therapy benefits
1. Emotional support: By sharing their difficulties, group members can gain understanding, mutual support, and a sense of belonging.
2. Social learning: By sharing different points of view, the group can provide each member with new perspectives and new strategies that will help them better manage their difficulties.
3. Social skills improvement: In addition, the group practices communication and social skills in a safe environment.
