We are: Open Psychology.<\/strong><\/p>
\n Hello! We are very happy to announce the start of our psychology clinic Open Psychology<\/strong>, a project that we have been working on for a long time with great enthusiasm and that finally sees the light today March 8th, 2024, coinciding with something as important as International Women’s Day. We had not planned it this way initially, but it seemed to us a very fortunate coincidence, ultimately the day Open Psychology is the dream come true of three women, Lidia, Itxaso and Miriam. Three psychologists with different backgrounds, but who share the same vision of therapy: evidence based, open, inclusive, respectful and adapted to the needs of each person. <\/p>
\n Furthermore, we are aware of the diversity that exists in our society, and we want to offer a safe and welcoming space for all people seeking to improve their emotional well-being. <\/p>
\n Our clinic specialises in psychology for adults, couples as well as for children and adolescents, both in person (in Majadahonda and in Madrid) and online.<\/strong><\/p>
\n In addition, we have extensive experience in working with expatriates from different countries and cultures, as we have lived abroad ourselves and know the challenges of adapting to a new environment. <\/p>
