This experience allowed him to grow up in a multicultural environment from an early age, fostering a broad appreciation for human diversity and the many ways people understand and<br \/>\nengage with the world.<br \/>\nHe later lived in the United States before moving to Spain to further his academic and professional development, where he completed his Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Psychology and a Master&#8217;s Degree in Clinical and Health Psychology.<br \/>\nHis international background and experience across different cultural settings have contributed to a deep understanding of adaptation, personal growth, and the challenges that often accompany life transitions. His training has been particularly focused on working with children, adolescents,<br \/>\nand young adults, with a special interest in academic and athletic performance, emotional regulation, and behavioural difficulties within educational and developmental contexts.<br \/>\nAlongside his work in psychology, \u00d3scar has maintained a strong involvement in the performing arts as an actor and performer. This experience has enriched his understanding of creativity, emotional expression, identity development, and the unique challenges associated with artistic and high-performance environments.<br \/>\nCurrently, he works with individuals across the lifespan from an empathetic, collaborative, and n on-judgmental perspective.
