These experiences have given her a deep sensitivity toward people going through difficult times, especially those who have had to start over in a new country.<\/p>\n<p>She earned her <strong>degree in Psychology from Universidad Europea de Madrid<\/strong>, where she also completed a <strong>Master\u2019s in General Health Psychology<\/strong> and a Master\u2019s in Child and Adolescent Psychology. Her training has focused on working with children, adolescents, and families,\u00a0 with special interest in emotional development, behavioral challenges, and emotional\u00a0 regulation in school and family contexts.<\/p>\n<p>Kristina works with people of all ages from a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental\u00a0 approach. <strong>She integrates tools from third-wave therapies, particularly Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)<\/strong>, tailoring each intervention to the person\u2019s stage of life, developmental level, and personal style. She strongly believes in the power of active listening and the importance of feeling truly heard as a foundation for meaningful change. <strong>Her way of working adapts to each person\u2019s specific need<\/strong>s, using therapeutic play, breathing techniques, psychoeducation, and practical strategies depending on the age and context.
