She has a PhD in Psychology and is a university teacher. Lidia is of Polish origin, with bilingual training in English, and has lived in Spain for over 15 years. Her training and work approach is contextual, especially working with ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), a highly effective cognitive-behavioral therapy, with which she combines the core tools of Functional Analytic Psychotherapy (FAP), Mindfulness and Compassion.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"psy-text\">Lidia has been vice-president of the ACPCC (the Scientific Association of Behavioral and Contextual Psychology). ACPCC is the Spanish division of the ACBS (the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science). <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"psy-text\">She currently combines her private practice at Open Psychology with her teaching and research work at the European University of Madrid and she also teaches in several Masters and courses of Contextual Therapy at national and international level.
