to expect from a psychoeducational assessment<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\" initial 50-minute interview is conducted with the parents in order to gather all the necessary information and draw up a medical history. You will also be advised on which assessment may best meet the needs of your child (cognitive, ADHD, psychoeducational, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>Subsequently, the child would be scheduled in two-hour blocks in order to carry out the assessment that would have previously been agreed with the parents. The duration will therefore depend on the number of tests to be administered.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, a report is drawn up, which is delivered in a final 50-minute session where the results, conclusions and recommendations (both for the classroom and for the family) are explained to the parents.
